[2] Whakawhanaungatanga - bringing things together: sharing it with others. Sharing this self awareness beat of life to the universal chain of consciousness for the greater good.

Day one:

(1)The Beat of the Rakau (stick)
(2) Cutting and measuring the rakau using ancient methods of measurement
(3) Testing out the beat designing your personal rakau

Day one & two :

(4) painting and decorating using paint so it can be seen in the night.
(5)Finally: learning the song and throwing the sticks to rhythm and beat and song.

Day three:

learning the songs perfecting the moves to the stick games and action songs and poi for public performance and demonstration. action

Practicing the learning and the throwing of the sticks keeping this this is done in couples as well as having a team this will take three days to perfect.

Day four:

On the 4th day a performance and myself bringing the energy of the beat and doing healing or clairvoyance
