You are standing on the edge of a forest at the beginning of a path that meanders through the trees……. …….all around you is warm and light…..as you start to walk down the path feel the peace and tranquillity of your surroundings connect with you and start to feel that inner peace flow through you.

All around you life is going about its business and you are a part of everything that is happening around you.

Fantails swoop down to greet you and welcome you …….. Tui, bell birds and wood pigeons are singing high up in the branches or flying through the rustling trees ………. Small forest creatures scurrying are around your feet.

Look up and see the dappled light coming through the canopy of the trees to warm your face and shoulders.

Look at the different shades of greens of the trees and bushes around you and hear your footsteps crunching on the bouncy layer of fallen leaves beneath your feet. Imagine the last time you went into the bush and feel all those feelings again.

See everything again, remember the colours and the way the light touched everything around you……, smell the fresh air ….. feel the peace and stillness.

Now you are standing at the bottom of a mountain, Its not a very high mountain, and this mountain is your body……as you climb the mountain your inner spirit is slowly moving up through your body on its journey out through your crown chakra to join with your higher self which is your connection with all the energies and information that is the Universal Knowledge …..that which is the universe……where we came from and where we will return too…..and all spiralling up this mountain is a stair case…you start to climb the stairs and because this is your inner self climbing, your not getting tired, in fact each step is energising you………..

The first flight of stairs is red….and as you climb the colour red surrounds you with a warm glow…….you feel a connection with the energy of our mother the earth… and with your ancestors….the essence of who and what you were before you started this life journey………..

The next flight of stairs is orange ….. as you climb the colour orange surrounds you pulling you higher and higher feel the connection with your sexuality and that which give us the most physical pleasure and embrace it…….

The next flight of stairs is Yellow…….. as you climb this flight bask in the warmth of the colour……feel the energy of your intellect and psychic power push you higher…..

The next flight of stairs is green…….feel all the love that you have for everyone who is special in your life……and all the love they have for you….gather it all into one massive ball of energy and hold it to you heart……

The next flight is of stairs blue ……… feel yourself connecting with the story teller in yourself that can communicate the most amazing stories, feel yourself being able to express those inner thoughts and feelings that you have been holding inside……..

You are almost at the top of the mountain and your inner self is almost at the top of your body…..

The next flight of stairs is Indigo…..feel yourself connecting with all the psychic intuitive power that is as natural a part of yourself as your ability to breath….

Now see and feel yourself be surrounded by the warm glow of pure white light as you move up through the top of your head….

You are now walking through a beautiful waterfall …….let the water rush over your body and cleanse all the negativity that bombarded you through the day…..let the debries fall away and be carried away by the rush of the water……let yourself relax in the knowledge that you are at one with your higher self….

As you walk through the waterfall you see someone standing in the distance…and as you approach they hold out there arms to you and hold you close in a warm embrace……..they are the person that you love and respect the most in this realm or the next ….they are going to give you a gift …….. something for you to hold close to you for your next part of the journey………

Find a place to sit an contemplate for a little while…….this place can be anything you desire…..a patch of soft green grass in the centre of a forest bathed in sunlight……your children’s bedroom sitting in a chair watching those you brought into the world sleep……..lying on a couch wrapped in a soft warm blanket wrapped in the arms of the person you love and want to be with forever…….on a surfboard hitting the lip of a wave knowing with everything in you that you are travelling fast enough to beat the curl as it crashes down on the tail of your board………..this place can be anything you want it to be…..anything you create…..Sit and think about whatever comes into your mind……..knowing that anything that comes to you is whatever your heart and mind desires and needs to think about at this time…………

Now its time to start the journey back…….

Waving goodbye to your loved one …..walk back through the waterfall…feel the water slowly energising you and bringing you back as you enter the crown charkra and descend back through the white light…….

The blue stairs…….

The green stairs…..

The yellow stairs……

The orange stairs…….

The red stairs………

Make your way back through the forest…feeling the crunchy path underneath……….hearing the sounds of the birds and scurrying creatures….and seeing the beautiful dappled light falling through the trees to warm your face and shoulders…feeling a sense of peace as your breaths return to normal and you come back slowly and carefully to the now……..

You are back……..
