
MEDITATION
The following meditation
was put together to help my sister through a journey of recovery
after been diagnosed with cancer.
You worry! Will
I be ok?
With all the will
in the world you find you cannot stop your mind from entering into
a journey of insecurity and fear. And next thing all the thoughts
in the world come drifting into your mind!
Where did you come
from? You ask, why are you trying to frighten me? I don't want to
be scared if I get afraid then I get stressed you say to these uninvited
thoughts.
Then suddenly as
if from a long- long way I hear a soft, soothing quiet voice. Who
is this voice I'm sure I know that voice from some where right at
the back of my mind, oh it makes me feel so s-a-f-e and calm and
it feels so right.
Am I in another
world or what?
Yes this quiet
gentle wonderful voice feels like all the angels are prompting me
and yes they are saying its ok.
It's ok to feel
sad but its also ok to feel happy and look forward to a happy sunny
future.
A future where
you will wake up every morning and wonder at all the things that
will happen that day and in your heart you will say thank you and
really mean it. So my friend first let us look at right now.
This is called
step one.
Read this whenever
you feel you need a little boost of healing.
Hold your crystal pendulum with two hands and watch the head as
it starts to swing and turn circles and look its turned into a magic
wand is calling all the butterflies, air and everything in your
right now will be there to help you.
Listen to your
breath!
Just follow as
you breath becomes calm and soft and gentle and just right.
Now your breath
is even, slow as you breath in and relaxing as you breath out.
Suddenly you are
calm and you can smell the wind and plants and trees and as you
close your eyes you hear:
This is for you
to help you undo many things in your past that may have caused you
to think like you do now.
This will help
you clear old pattens and have a wonderful fulfilling life.
For you Eva and
I call it letting go of the past reminders.
When you feel old
fears come up or past triggers that fill your mind with a feeling
that you are not good enough or not worthy then read this and slowly
as thoughts come up in your mind that have negative reminders: see
in your minds eye you putting all these thoughts in a special magic
bag with a magic tie that once you say I don't want these thoughts
any more.
The ties automatically
will close the bag ready for disposal and then the next magic words
are take it away and the bag will disappear.
OK here we go say
the following words twice first out loud and second silently.
Remember each time
you say it these words the energies will fly into the bag and wait
for your instructions.
I am consciously
aware of all my basic beliefs that are responsible for repeating
circumstances that cause me unhappiness.
I am conquering
these habits and beliefs that I learnt from my childhood that come
up each time I feel unsure of my future and myself.
I recognise pattens
I learnt from situations in my life that I found hard to resolve
for many reasons that felt important to me at those times.
I am now free from
addictions that caused me not to love myself.
I am aware of how
I may use suppression to avoid facing issues.
I am now free Thank
you for this experience
I am aware of how
I may close my mind to avoid my fears of the unknown and the feelings
of powerlessness.
I am no longer
afraid of my future and know I can action my life thank you for
this experience.
I am aware of how
I used denial in the past whenever I did not want to confront issues
I felt I could not answer because of my fears of the unknown.
I know now through
this experience that it is better to know!
To know there is
no fear of the unknown
